I grew up working the land in Box Elder County. That background is the real edge. I understand acreage, water shares, irrigation, and what it takes to run a property, not just how to list one.
I also run transaction coordination for our brokerage. That means I work inside the contracts, deadlines, and disclosures every single day. When something can go sideways in a deal, I have usually seen it and know how to keep it from happening to you.

Farmhouse Realty Group is the family brokerage, owned by my parents Brandy and Russ Fowers. I am an agent with the brokerage, working alongside people I trust.
