Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Tayson Fowers, Real Estate Agent and Transaction Coordinator, with Farmhouse Realty Group LLC (“we,” “us,” or “I”), collects, uses, and protects the information you provide through this website. By using the site or submitting a form, you agree to this policy.

We only collect what you choose to give us through the forms on this site:

• Contact details: your name, email address, and phone number.
• Inquiry details: property address or area, property type, price range, timeline, and any details you share about buying, selling, or your land or home (for example acreage, water shares, beds, baths, or your reason for selling).
• Any message or notes you add to a form.

We also collect some information automatically when you browse, described under “Cookies, advertising, and analytics” below. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone we know to be under 18.

This site uses advertising and measurement technology from Google. The Google tag (gtag.js) loads on every page and sets cookies and browser storage such as _gcl_au, which Google uses to measure ad performance and to build remarketing audiences. If you reach the site by clicking one of our ads, Google records that click. When you submit a lead form, we send Google a conversion event confirming a submission happened.

Depending on configuration, the site may also load Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics, which collect usage information such as pages viewed, approximate location derived from IP address, device and browser type, and referring site.

We store a small amount of marketing information in your browser ourselves, so we can tell which ad, campaign, or link brought you here. This includes advertising click identifiers present in the URL (for example Google’s gclid), the page you first landed on, and when. It is attached to your inquiry if you submit a form. It does not include anything you typed.

Property search on this site is powered by IDX Broker, including pages hosted on our search subdomain. IDX Broker sets its own cookies, records the listings and searches you view, and — if you create a saved search or register for listing alerts — collects the contact details you give it and shares those with us as a lead.

Some forms use Cloudflare Turnstile to check that a submission is not automated. Cloudflare receives your IP address and browser signals for that check.

Essential cookies also keep the private admin area securely logged in. Most browsers let you block or delete cookies, and you can opt out of personalized Google advertising through Google’s own ad settings. Blocking cookies may stop parts of the property search from working.

• To respond to your inquiry and provide the service you requested, such as a home valuation or buyer consultation.
• To contact you by phone call, text message, and email about your inquiry and your real estate goals, including through automated email follow-up.
• To send occasional updates and helpful information, which you can stop at any time using the unsubscribe link in any email.

We do not sell your personal information for money, and we do not hand your contact details to other companies to market their own products to you. We do use Google advertising services, which means information about your visit is shared with Google and may be used to show you our ads on other sites. Some state privacy laws treat that kind of advertising as “sharing” or “targeted advertising” even when no money changes hands. You can limit it through your browser settings and Google’s ad settings, or by contacting us using the details below.

We use a small number of trusted providers to run the site and our follow-up. They process your information only to provide their service to us:

• Supabase, which stores form submissions and our client records.
• Resend, which delivers our email.
• Vercel, which hosts the website.
• Google, which provides the advertising, conversion measurement, and analytics described above.
• IDX Broker, which provides the MLS property search and the listing-alert signup.
• Cloudflare, which provides the automated-submission check on some forms.

Marketing emails include a working unsubscribe link, and we honor opt-out requests promptly. If you consent to text messages, message and data rates may apply, and you can reply STOP at any time to stop receiving them. Consent to calls or texts is never a condition of any purchase.

The site is served over a secure, encrypted (HTTPS) connection. Your information is stored in an access-controlled database, and the client records are kept in a private area that requires a secure login. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.

• Unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in any email, or reply STOP to opt out of texts.
• Request a copy of the information we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, by emailing us.
