Market reports
What's actually selling, by the month
Sold prices, days on market, and inventory for each of these areas. Every report is stamped with the date the figures were pulled.
Land and acreage
Buying ground rather than a house?
Water shares, greenbelt, septic, and access are each their own question on a parcel. I grew up farming here, so these are the ones I check.
Not sure which area fits?
Tell me what you need. Commute, acreage, budget, timeline. I'll tell you honestly which parts of Northern Utah are worth your time and which aren't.
